There are many forms of life that use their glowing abilities to maintain their life processes. Some glow to scare potential attackers, other glow to attract potential partners, some communicate through glowing, many others glow for as yet unknown reasons. People glow in a metaphorical way when they are in love. When the inner light shines outside we are confronted with a specific aspect of presence.
